A lot of times we, as women, desire health changes or weight loss because we feel the need to feel valuable for either ourself or to others. We will never find worth or value in weight loss or changing our physical appearances. When we shift our focus on making changes because we are already valuable and worthy, we are starting from a place of love and not hate.
Our worth is in Christ.

We have in our minds that weightloss has to be difficult, tasteless, and unenjoyable. Paige teaches you how to eat mindfully and still enjoy the foods you love. There is a learning curve with counting macros but it gets easier. It's all about balance, the journey, and learning to love yourself. I have changed my mindset and found something I can do for the rest of my life and not feel deprived or leave out food groups. You will lose pounds and inches in a sustainable way but gain so much more by working with Paige!
Paige is such a wonderful person. You can feel her passion for health and wellness. Her workouts are doable yet challenging. I began the challenge having never worked with weights; Paige turned functional weight training into something invigorating. My coaching has evolved from my own personal transformation that fitness has created in my own life. Fitness should not be about punishing your body or because you hate your body. It should be about being strong, healthy, and because you LOVE your body.
